Recycle Your Tree and Help Lions Club

The Lion’s 49th Annual Christmas Tree chipping service will be available on Jan. 7 and Jan. 8, 2010 in the south west corner of the parking lot in Nanaimo North Town Centre (formerly Rutherford Mall).

Your donation helps the Wellington School Band and other youth programs and recycles your tree at the same time as the chipped trees get turned into compost at the Duke point composting plant.

Chipping is available both days between 10:00am and 4:00 pm.
