Be sure to circle Aug. 7 on your calendar for the 10th annual free open air concert in Maffeo Sutton Park.
The Vancouver Island Symphony will begin the concert at 6:00 pm, but fun events are planned for the park starting at 3:00 pm with activities for the kids, chowder fest and more.
The concert is free but bring your own lawn chair, and if you would like to reserve a chair you can do so by calling 250-754-0177 and for the fee of $20 a chair will be provided for the best seats in the house.
